How to Decide Where to Place Your Indoor Fountain

So you have decided for an indoor fountain, but not sure where you want to place it. The size of the different rooms in your home will help you determine some locations, but to help you make your decision here are four ways to decide how to place your indoor fountain in the right place.
  1. If you like a particular fountain, take a look at the color. What room in your home uses this color or has a color that compliments it? Fountains that are white, off-white or grey will work in almost any room. You can always repaint a room to match your indoor fountain selection.
  2. Most people get indoor fountains to place in a central location , such as a living room or den where your entertaining of friends take place. The foyer is a great place to welcome visitors with soothing sounds and appearance.
  3. You will want to place your indoor fountain where you can get a good look at it. Avoid locations where a pillar or wall would cut off part of the view. Make sure the common seating areas let you view the water fountain.
  4. Finally, pick a room where you are going to match the style to the fountain. Water buckets and other rustic styles go well with"shabby chic" interiors. Asian garden indoor fountains are the most flexible, since they work well with modern styles.
These four tips should help in making your decision on placement of your indoor fountain.
